The Public Petitions Committee reported that they had no recommendation to make relative to the petition of a ismen who prayed to: an extension of the franchise. .FIRST READING. The Municipal UocuoraUoos Act Amendment Bill was r«ad a first time. SEGOND KKADINa. The Pharm >oy Act Amendment BUI waa read a second tirao, and referred to a Seleot Committee. The Gouucil at 3.5 p.m. adjiarnea to next day.
