RULES AND BEGTJLATIONB. 1. No entry for the above Races will be re» celved except en the condition that all disputes, claims, and objections arising ont of tho racing shall be decided by the Kte^ar a, or whom they may appoint, their decision on all poit'ts connected with the canning ont of this programme to be final, 2.
