FRENCH AFFAIRS.
Paris, November 19. The French Ministry have resigned, owing to the Chamber of Deputies refusing to adjourn the debate upon the motion tabled by the Left reflecting upon the domestic policy of the Government. President Gtevy has summoned M. de Freycinet to confer with him on the situation. French journals generally unite m urging the President to resign, but M. Grevy has declared his intention of retaining office for the full term of the Presidentship, believing it to be unconstitutional for the President to yield to pressure.
