No entry for the above Races will be received except on the condition that all disputes, claims, and objections arising out of the racing shall be decided by tho btevarde, or whom they may appoint, their decision on all points connected with the cairjing out of this programme to be final. 2. The races are open to any horse commonly resident m the district from the Ist of October, 1887, to tho date cf meating, and owned by a person who has resided m the district daring the same period. 4. The district above mentio ed is bonnded on the north by the Selwjpn, and on tho south by the Orari. 6. Five per cent will be deducted from the grcßß of all monies payable m accordance withA this programme for expenses of the course. 6.
