LANDED PROPERTIES.
Previous to the usual weekly horse sale I offered suburban pioperties, rural land, &o. There was a large attendance, and a great deal of Interest appeared to be evinced m the sale, the principal attraction being some suburban land on the North Town Belt, divided into small holdings of 6 aires each. Oat of the list offered, the following sales wero effected, viz : - Lot 1 containing 5 acres, part of R.B. 5800, corner o' the North east Town Bolt, £26 per acre ; Lot 2, do, containing 5 acres. £26 per acre; Lot 3, do, oontaining 5 acre*?, £25 10s per acre The other lots of this block were passed, the biddings not reaching owners' reserve. Four sections at the corner of Oro-is and Cox Btreets, suburban district of Altenton, brought £6 15a eaoh R.S 5676, containing 20 acres, situated at Alford Forest, £2 15a per acre. I offered rural lands, situated on the Fangitata Plains, and the highest offer I obtained for any of it wa&£l per acre. Privately, Lot 25, containing about 2 roods, fronting the Alford Forest Road, with 4 roomed cottage thereon, £108- R.S 30386, containing 20 acres, 3 roods, near Dromore, at £3 per acre.
