New Zealand oats have also declined one penby and are now is 93 to zs ad per bushel. Maize is about the same as last week, 3s 6d to 3s nd per 561 b. Potatoes continue m full supply and only command 18s to 20s per ton. November 18 Wheat is stead) at 3s 6d, a slight improvement on the quotations of last week. Flour is unchanged m value at ;£8 10s to £9 per ton. London, November 17. Consols have advanced and are now worth ss. New Zealand 4 per cent. Inscribed Stock is quoted at 97. The market rate of discount is 3 per cent and the Bank rate 4 per cent. Tallow and breadstuff's maintain last quotations. The weekly returns of the Bank of England published to-day show the total reserve ia notes and bullion to be an increase of £100,000 during the week. The proportion of reserve to liabilities is 45 per cent as compared with 47 per cent last week.
