The authorities have withdrawn the charge against Mr William Saunders, ex-member of Parliament for Hull, for addressing a meeting m Trafalgar square and the accused has accordingly been discharged. The prosecution was abandoned* on account of the order issued by Sir Charles Warren foibidding the meeting being merely a formal «ptiec aitf qqt 3 fcgal prQclamatioq.
