The entries were larger by 161, that lent year, and the exhibition as a whole was a firat-olaag one r The attendance wrb good . Mr Gtammali toek the cap for Ay shire 0, beating Messrs Maofarlane, Oowan, Kodgerson, and Fleming, Messrs Holmes and Murdoch tied on the Leicester sheep olass, Ultle Bcoa, being only two points behind. The cap for Llnoolni was bgco red by the Hon M, Holmei, and that for Merinos by Messrs MoMajter Broa. The New Zealand Loan and M.A. Company's speoial prize of £15 15s for 20 Bheep fit for freezing was won by Mi A. Thomson.
