THE PANAMA CANAL.
London, November 15
The agent of the Panama Canal works states that one hundred and twenty millions is required to complete the canal, and that it will be impossible to open the canal for traffic before 1892, the year m which the concession expires. He is sanguine that the opening will ultimately be accomplished.
