Napier, November 14 At a meeting of the Charitable Aid Board yeßterday, so<ne extraoidinary I allegations were made as to a recipient of relief In the Waipawa coun'y, Offing to * disputes with the Board, the County ] Couccil declined to continue to distribute aid, and the police were invited to report on all cases of destitution. Sergeant Carlyon's firat report states that a woman with a good farm and property at Woodvllle, worth at least £1203, with liability of £79, has been m receipt of 30a por month Other Inatance3 of abusw, though not of such a flagrant character, were adduced with regard to relief given.
