DISTURBANCES IN LONDON.

London, November 12.
In express defiance of Sir Charles Warrens proclamation forbidding meetings m Trafalgar square a number of radical societies of London persisted m the attempt to hold a meeting this morning m that locality. In an encounter with the police the mob destroyed the railings of the square but the police eventually cleared and encircled the square and the attempts of the crowd to force their way back were frustrated, This afternoon further threatening demonstrati jns were made by the mob and the authorities were Compelled to call out a body of horse and foot guards and reinforce the police. Several arrests were made and the crowd is now dispersing.
