THE CROWN PRINCE

Berlin, November 12.
The official bulletin published today concerning the health of his Imperial Highness, the Crown Prince, states that there is no longer any doubt that the affection of the throat is a cancerous growth. The physicians m attendance upon his Imperial Highness { are divided m opinion as to the advisability ofhavingrecousreto tracheotomy or the application of some less radical operation. (Rcseived November 14, 1.20 p.m.) Brblin, November 12. The latest particulars concerning the state of the Crown Prince are of a most serious nature. Some of the physicians m attendance upon his Highness advise the cutting away of the whole of the larnyx to enable them to reach the growth. The gravest fears are consequently felt throughout the Empire, which is plunged m deep gloom. The Emperor has summoned. Prince Bismarck immediately to repair to this city.
