Mr William Saunders, Home Ruler, ex-member cf Parliament for Hull, has been arrested for addressing a meeting af Trafalgar square. Mr Saundcra's a>resi rais: s a lest case as to the legality of the recent proclamation issued by the Chid Commissioner of the Metropolitan Police forbidding the holding of meetings on the public squares.
