A SERIOUS RELAPSE THREATENED. London, November?. The Crown Prince of Germany is becoming very hoarse. Bbrlik, November!. An official announcement is made today that Dr Morell Mackenzie has arrived at San Remo, and examined the Crown Prince. Dr Mackenzie pronounces the general health of the Crown Prince excellent, and states that the throat symptoms do not point to any immediate danger. He advises that the Viennese and Berlin throat • specialists be summoned to consult with him upon, the treatment to be adopted.
