Sir Saul Samuel, Agent-General for New S^uth Wales ; Sir Graham Berry, Agent-General for Victoria; and Sir Arthur Blyth, Agent-General for South Australia, interviewed Mr Goschen, Chancellor of the Exchequer, and Mr Cecil Raikes, Postmaster-General, on the subjects of the contracts for the conveyance of mails and the manner of dividing the postage receipts between the various colonies and England.
