The appeal case of O'Brien was brought to a conclusion this afternoon, a full Court confirming the sentence of three months imprisonment passed upon him by the Mitchelltown Court. Upon judgment being delivered O'Brien strongly resisted the attempts of the authorities to arrest him, and a scene of great uproar, with a great amount of scuffling took place within the Courthouse.
