O'Brien against the verdict of the Mitchelltown Court ib September last, will be heard today at Middleton, County Cork. A strong force of military and police have been drafted into the town to enforce order, Luke Patrick Hayden, member of Parliament for South Leinster, has been convicted and sentenced to two months imprisonment • ith hard labor on a charge of inciting tenants as to disorder at evictions m Ireland.
