DOGGING THE DYNAMITERS

[bbutbr's telegrams— copyright ]

London, October 28.

The police have published a story connecting the supposed member of the Clan-na-Gacl, upon whom an inquest was recently held, with Miller, who arrived at Boulogne m April to arrange outrages during the Jubilee celebrations. Owing to the warnings of the police he never visited Eagland. Miller was employed by Melville and others as agents for the contemplated outrage on Mr Baltour. The police cleverly dogged every conspirator m England, Paris, Boulogne, and Amsterdam.

The police tracked the movements of the American dynamiters from France to England, and warned them they were suspected. When their funds were exhausted they returned to America.
