Bomb, October 26. Signor Crispi, the Premier and Minister of the Interior, m a speech at j Turin to-day declared that Prince Bismarck had firmly resolved to maintain peace m Europe, and to that end to dwel m friendship with France. It was necessary, Signor Crispi added, for Italy to avenge her honor ifr Abyssinia and he was therefore ready to open negotiating for the settlement of the difficulty.
