Stavel«y (for New Zealand Jjom and Mercantile Agency Company) reports on Tinwald sale, 25th met. : — Modflra c eatries of stock forward, inoludlag &b )ut 3000 sheep, chiefly stores. >he sheep sale was quiet, and values Bhowed no Improvement, though a fair demand existed, and all tots were sold. Fat woolly orossbredo, lls to 14i ; shorn do, 8a 6d. We sold fat ewes from Lnngbeaoh at 12a to 12a lid ; fat lambs made 7s ; store oroasbreds tn fair condition, 8i 10d and 9a 6d ; 4-tooth wethera la forward condition, Us ; store merino wethers, 3s lOd ; fat merino ewes, 7s. We sold small oro&ftbred hoggets for Mr J. Kemp at 5* 5d ; medium to gond do bringing 6$ 4i, 7a 3d, and 9* Id ; 2-toath dvoasbrads m low onnditlon, 6a 8i ; onsabrod 6W98, with 80 per oeat of iambi, 7« lid.
