Irkutsk's tblSgbams— copybight.] London, October 23. Although the Government proclaimed the meeting, the English Home Rule Union held a demonstration yesterday at Woodford. Mr Wilfred Kunt presided. The police interfered, and arrested Mr Blunt and a number of other prominent members of the Union. Evictions at Wexford are being violently resisted. Three bailiffs werej horribly injured by vitriol being thrown over them.
