A characteristic Parisian drama took plaoo tho other day on the Boulevard Port Royal A man of Alsatian origin, named Ristelhueber, who bad been separated from his wife for a considerable time, owing to misconduct on her part, was walking along the boulevard when he tuddeoly saw her before him. She was accompanied by Beveral men, whose appearance plainly denoted their disgrace* ful profession. iVt. Kiatolhueber'e passions were aroused vehemently at fiading his degraded spouse flaunting about, among euoli scoundrels, and drawing his swordst'ck, he rushed at her Seizing her by the hair, he stabbed her thirteen times m the throat and body. One of the wounds te ered her carotid artery, and death was instantaneous. -The woman's corpse was carried awiy by some of ber. companions, while tho others- fell upon Ristelhueber and had nearly killed him when tho police came up. Ristelhueber is a well-to do man, and has several workshops m which lamps are manufactured The Burgeons who nude the post mortem examination of the woman say that she was stabbed all over the body, and that any one of tho wounds would have been sufficient to cause her death.
