I « ' [liKUTEK'S TELKGRAMS — COPYRIGHT. i London, October 22. i The unemployed agitation is increasi ing m vigor, Demonstrations continue to be held m Hyde Park, at which inflammatory speeches are made. Encounters with the police have been numerous. Enormous meetings are to be held on Sunday at Trafalgar Square, and the vicinity of Westminster Abbey. A ; torchlight procession was to proceed to the meeting summoned at Rotherhithe for Monday, but Sir Charles Warren, the Commissioner of the Metropolitan police, issued an order prohibiting the procession. A protest has been made by the leaders of the unemployed against the proclamation of Sir Charles Warren on ths ground that it infringes the right of free speech. A large force \ of military have received instructions : to be m readiness should their services be required to enforce order., London, October 21, The unemployed m London looted a baker's shop m Piccadilly, but were dispersed by the police before any further mischief was done.
