New Zealand wheat continues at 3s 3d to 3s 6d per bushel. New Zealand oats are slightly easier, is iod to 2s 2d per bushel. Maize maintains last week's advance, and is quoted at 3s iod pea $6\bs. The market is glutted with potatoes, which m consequence are 10s per ton lower ; 35s per ton is the best price obtainable. London, October 20. Consols remain at 102^. New Zetland four per cents are still quoted At par. The Bank rate of discount is 4 per cent ; market rate, $}&. Colonial bceaditufls and tallow maintain last quotation!. Weekly returns of the Sank of England, published to-day, show the total reserve m notes and bullion to be j£i 1,700,000, an increase of ,£400,000 during the week. The proportion ol reserve to liabilities is 44 per cent, as against 42 per cent last Thursday. New South Wales Three-and-a-half per cents are quoted at £99.
