THE NEW HEBRIDES.
London, October 18. Professor Bryce, m his speech at Aberdeen, said that appeals to the Government, both inside and outside Parliament, to take decisive action with regard to the New Hebrides were unavailing. He was convinced that unless the Government acted with a strong hand France would never surrender the islands.
