'j lio only creditors, Earl Besuchamp and Mr Howe, were m atendance Mr Holmes, the debtor's solicitor, stated that if the ad iadication of bankrup'oy was delayed, he would, m all probability, be m a position to make an offer to the creditors. No relations wer« passed, but it was understood ibat adjudication would not be a plied for for one week.
