THE SUGAR BOUNTIES.
M. Sansiroy, who was charged by M. Rouvier to inquire into the question of sugar taxation, has forwarded his report to the Chamber of Deputies. He states that he found all the European exchequers showing a strong desire to suppress the bounties.
