THE FRENCH IN MADAGASCAR
Paris, October 5,
M. Fleurens, Minister for F* reign Affairs, has received a communication from the Premier of Madagascar, m which the latter urgently desires the French Government to arrange the difficulty berween the Malagasy Government and the French Resident.
(Reoelved October 6, 1.5 p.m.) Paris, October 6. It is officially announced here that diplomatic relations have been resumed between the French resident at Antanaairo and Malagasy Government.
