Auckland, October 5 Charles Wilkinson, formerly convicted of larceny at Dunedin and lately release"' from Mount Eden gaol for wilful damago ta property, was charged at the Police Courts to-day with vagrancy and breaking a fan-light at Mr Kopec's residence on Saturday last. He was sentenced to five months imprisonment la all, Mrßwideley, 8.M., remarking that the prisoner was a most dangerous man to be at large. Drowned. A split m the Camp In consequence of a disagreement between the Senior and Junior Football Clubs, a serieß of resolutions hostile to the latter has been tabled for a meeting of the Rugby Union to-morrow night, At the last meeting the Junior delegates outvoted the Senior and carried all before them. An attempt is to be made to obtain ■^preponderance of voting power on the Union for the Ssnldr Clubs, and if this be not successful It will probably lead to a ■etiOBS Split among the football clabs.
