LETTER FROM THE NIZAM OF HYDERABAD.
Oaxouxta, October 2. The Nizam of Hyderabad, m a letter to his Excellency the Viceroy, offering a contribution of yearly for two years towards the frontier defence fund, expresses himself of the opinion that the action of Russia for centuries has been inimical to the Moslem faith both m Europe and Asia.
