No entry will be received except on the conditions tbat all disputes, claims, and objections rising out of the Racing shall be decided by the fctewards or whom they may appoint. Their decision od all points connected with the carrying out of this programme to be final. 3. A district hoise shall mean any horse that haa been commonly resident m the district between the rivers Selwyn and Opihi, from Ist of August last, and up to the dato of tbe forthcoming Meeting, and owned by a person who has resided m the said district during the came period. ■ 4. Five per cent will bo deducted from the grOES of a 1 moneys payablo m accordance with this programme for the expense of the course. 5.
