Mr T. Bullock reports for the week ending Saturday, October Ist, as foi ows . Few horses have been offering lately, although inquiries have been fairly numerous for medium draughts of a good stamp, suitable for farm work. Out of a small entry the following prices were obtained, viz : -Medium draughts, 4 and 5 years old and aged, £21, £24, £27 10s. PROPERTY S ALEXIN TBE COUNTY Mr T. Bullock reports having effected the following sales by public auction, and by private treaty, oE suburban and township properties, and rural Land, viz . :- Methven township, lot 108, contnining 1 rood, deposited plan 228, with 4-roomed house thereon, £105; lots 3 and 6, containing 2 roods, dep sited plan 290, wi;h 3-roomed house thereon, £102 10a ; lot 12, containing 1 rood, deposited plan 490, with 3-roomed house thereon, £87 10s ; lots 4 and 5, each containing £ acre, deposited plan 490, £20. 3_ acres, part of Grove farm estate, Tinwald, fronting the Main South road, at £40 per acre ; lots 386 and 387, each containing township of Tinwald, £9 each j part of lot 160, Tancred and Allan's, original sale plan, containing about 4£ acres, fronting Middle road, suburban" dist-ici; of Allenton, £230 ; K.S 25334, containing 100 acres, Wakanui Koad Board district, at £2 12. 6d per acre.
