A telegram from Newheven, Conneptjout, published m New York, states that about 4000 Englishmen at ihatplaoe contemplate becoming naturalised American citizens, as Veil as 1000 at Meridian m the same State. It is understood that the profits of Guinness fend Company, the great Dublin brewers, for the nin6 months' trading of the company, flfetw a profit of OTtr £630,000. A dividend of W«ly 20 per cent, is assured, and nearly &8001000 will be curried orer.
