» Harbor Board Kates. New Plymouth, September 30. Several persons having refused to pay the New Plymouth Harbor rate, they have combined together to try a case m Court which was beard on Wednesday. The Resident Magistrate gave judgment this morning In favor of the Harbor Board, Itating ho had no doubt the rate had been properly struck.
