The Irish Nationalists having announced their intention of holding a demonstration at Mitchellstown, tomorrow, when the trial of O'Brien wiil be commenced, the Government have issued an order forbidding the meeting. The " Daily Chronicle " states that the reports of Monsignor Persico on the condition ot Ireland have convinced the Pope that the Irish national movement is of a revolutionary character. His Holiness is annoyed at the fact that the Phoenix Park murderers were prayed for m church, and has cautioned Bishops against allowing such prayers to be offered m future.
