Consols remain at ioif&. New Zealand inscribed stock is at 99%. The Bank of England weekly returns show the total reserve of notes and bullion to be 1,600,000, an increase of during the week. The ptoportion of reserve to liabilities has advanced from 43 to 44 per cent. The bank rate of discount remains at 4 per cent, and the market at 3^. Colohial breadstuffs and tallow are without quotable change.
