SCENES IN THE HOUSE
[REOTEE's TELEGRAMS — COPYRIGHT.] London, September 13 Mr \i. Graham, member for Lanarkshire, was suspended for making sneering references to the House of Lords. The Speaker called on him to apologise, but Mr Graham said it was a matter of conscience, and refused to apologise and was therefore suspended for the sitting. Later on Mr Edward Harrington, m referring to the amendments, was called to Older, but made an evasive reply, and refused to resume his seat, exclaiming, " Ever since I rose you have been waiting to pounce on me." He was thereupon suspended for the sitting. The bitter feeling between the parties is daily increasing.
