ILLNESS OF COUNT BISMARCK.
I^RUN, September 12. It is semi-officially stated that the medical treatment lately received by Prince Bismarck at Kissingen has caused temporary weakness, and that he is m consequence unable to attend the approaching autumn marceivres and palace rejoicing at Konigsberg and S'ettm.
