VENEZUELA OUTRAGES.
London, September «*. In the Commons to-day, the Secretary of State for the Colonies, m replying to a question, said that owing to the seizure of another Trinidad ship by Venezuela officials, the Governor of Trinidad had summoned a British man-of-war to his aid. Previous outrages, Sir Jas. Fergusson added, had not been redressed, but Government could not allow this to continue.
