Romb, Soptembar 2. Mr Vincent Barrington, one of the delegates from the British Royal Commission, is now m this city for the purpose of urging Italian merchants to participate m the Melbourne Exhibition. The Chambers of Commerce of Turin, Genoa, and Milan strongly favor the proposal. j
