THE CROWN PRINCE.
Berlin, September 1. An official bulletin has been issued stating that the Crown Prince is progressing favorably, because his general health is excellent, but that a return of the growth m his throat is not improbable, and absolute rest of the voice and avoidance of cold and damp are imperative.
