THE FISHERIES DISPUTE.
London, August 31. Replying to a question m the House ot Commons to-day, the Undersecretary of Foreign Affiairs stated that the United States Government had agreed to the appointment of a new Commission ,for the settlement of the fishery dispute, and Mr J. Chamberlain was appointed the principal British Commissioner.
