MR PALMER AT WATERTON.
Mr Palmer addrtßsed the electors of Rangittta m the schoolroom, Waterton, on Tuesday evening. There was a fair attendance, and Mr Smith was. voted to the chair. At the conclusion of his address Mr Palmer was accorded a vote of thanks. A similar compliment was paid him last night when he addressed a meeting at Willowhby, over which Ur ßeonie presided.
