CONTEMPT OF COURT.
Melbotjrk*, August 25
Mr Thomas Deakin, a contractor having a yard alongside the Supreme Court has been summoned by the Chief Justice for contempt of Court m refusing to stop his workmen from making a noise by hammering to the annoyance cf the Court.
