ANOTHER FISHERY DISPUTE

Serious disturbances took place at Ostend on Tuesday and yesterday, a number of English fishing smacks being attacked by local fishermen. The gendarmes and civic artillery were called out and fired upon the latter, several of whom were killed and wounded.
