MR WALKER AT TINWALD.
Last evening Mr W. 0. Walker addressed a meeting of electors .at Tinwald. There was a very fair attendance, coaaiderlnz the very unfavorable weather. Mr Walker spoke to the same effdofc aa at previoas meetings. Heveral questioua were answered to the oatlffactlon of those present, and a vote of thank*, on the motion of Mr J. Oaygill, seconded by Mr Clothier, waa accorded the candidate. After the meeting a Committee was formed to Becure Mr Walker'a roturu.
