BURNING OF A STEAMER
[beUTBB's TJILKGBAMS — COPYRIGHT.] London, August 19. News has been received that the Inman line steamship City of Montreal 1 has been burnt at sea. The crew and passengers, with the exception of thirteen, who were lost, have been landed ] at Queenstown. Further details of the loss of the 1 City of Montreal state that she was i burnt on the nth inst. One of the l - boats, containing- seven passengers and six of the crew, was swamped, the oc- ■ cupants being drowned. [
