Lord Cross has piomised Sir Graham Berry to use his influence with the Ministry for the purpose of inducing the Indian Government to take part officially m the Centennial Exhibition. The Cabinet will consider the position of the New Hebrides negotiations to-day. Mr Bryce intends to ventilate the subject m the Commons when the motion for the diplomatic vote comes on.
