Murder Confessed .New Plymouth, August 13. A man named Isac Diy, living near Inglewood, was wrested to day on his own confession of having murdered bis sen. s^ed 5, by throwing him over a fence and breaking his neck. It is thought the man Is not right m his mind. He was brought /before a Magistrate this morning and / remanded for enquiry. Committed for trial. Blenheim, Angnst 13. Wm. Tornbull waß committed for trial this morning on a charge of assaulting a young girl with intent to commit a rape.
