HAMPSTEAD TOWN BOARD.
ThiS Board held its usual monthly meeting last night at ita office. MILK ACT. The Board resolved to write to the County Council re bringing tbe " Milk j A ct " into operation through the whole of the County, 1 NUISANCE Tt was resolved that R. Ju meson get notice to remove a nuisance caused by his cows within fourteen days, or legal proceedings will bo taken against him. CORRESPONDENCE. ' Correspondence was road from the Inspector of Nuisances and the Borough Council. WATER SOPPLY. The consideration of Water Supply was postponed to a future occasion. BOARD OF HEALTH. The Beard decided io 00-operate with tho Borough for tho purpose of forming a Board of Health. RATE DEFAULTERS. The Ok-rk was instructed to sue all rate defaulters next Tuesday. FORMING FOOTPATHS. The Works Committee were instructed to form the footpaths on the Wakanui Road near the Convent. RATE. Commissioner Hunt gave notice of motion for a rate to be struck at next meeting. ! After a large quantity of routinobusiuess the Board adjourned.
